  A. Pot Roast of Beef                                                             

Traditional American Pot Roast with Celery, Carrots, and Onions served with Potatoes and Gravy.

B.   Hot Roast Turkey                                                     
Roast Turkey Breast served open-faced with Giblet Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Stuffing, and Cranberry Sauce.

C.   Chicken Caesar Salad                                             
An American Classic made with Romaine Lettuce, Croutons, Sliced Chicken Breast and Caesar Dressing.

D Crab cake Sandwich                                                     
Lump Crab Cake Roasted to Perfection served on a Kaiser Roll with French Fries and Tartar Sauce

Our very own member, Gladys Rodriguez, originally from Cuba, wanted to give back to her adopted country by supporting our wounded Marines through the Semper Fi Fund. The second cookbook, Recipes from Across the World, was published in 2014 and is a great gift idea for friends, family, teachers or anyone else!
